Liquid custom paints are used to create flip-paint paints ranging from very subtle to very dramatic. The color of the basecoat material applied under the middle coat has a strong effect on the final color and the color change. Dark base coats provide the most color changes, while bright base coats allow clear and refined pastel and opalizing color shifts. Each Liquid Custom product has the potential to produce an infinite number of color change effects, depending on the choice of base paint.
