How do I find a product I have bought before?+
Search by product name, brand or product code. If you have the product code, you can also use Quick order.
Can I get advice before buying?+
Of course. Call or write to us and tell us what you have in mind. Our phone number and email address are on the Contact page.
What if a product is out of stock?+
Please contact us. We will check when the product can be supplied and suggest an alternative if needed.
Where can I find application instructions?+
You will find advice on preparation, application and products to use together on the product pages.
What are the shipping costs?+
Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90 and is free for orders of €100.00 or more. The final total is shown before you place your order.
How do I sign in to my account?+
Enter your email address, then the one-time code sent to it. You do not need your password from the old shop. Your account shows the orders linked to you.
