KLG Kosmic Long-Glo Violet

Individuality has a name: Kosmic Long-GloTM

These fascinating pigments from House of Kolor® are characterized by a very intense nightlight effect (also called glow-in-the-dark) over hours. The effect is always well received and is often used as a basecoat and set right in scene with an airbrush work. Applications other than cars and motorcycles are discos and party rooms, bicycles, musical instruments, and much more.

The unique optical nightlight effect is of course only at night or in the dark fully effective, the paintwork should be charged with a stronger light source. During the day, the colors have a bright greenish nuance and “Violet Glo” is even white.

The intensity of the night-light effect pigments depends on the layer thickness and the background color. The pigments should be mixed 1:4 with clear coat, so the contents are sufficient for half a liter of clear coat. Optimal results can be achieved by overlapping three layers, 75% and painting on white base coat.

The special thing: an unsurpassable night lamp effect can be produced with a black light illumination. And is therefore excellently suited to visually refine the interior of your vehicle.

A night lamp paintwork on the bodywork must not exceed 30% of the total area. The pigments are not so UV resistant, so the painted surfaces should be protected from constant sunlight.
