Rust transducer, penetrates deep into the metal surface. Neutralizes and stabilizes iron oxide and fly rust. It is not necessary to wash off the reaction layer. Improves adhesion for subsequent coatings such as e.g. primer, spray filler, filler and paint. VOC free, non-toxic.
